The Faculty offers an MSc program in Structural Engineering spanning 1.5 years, which includes three distinct specializations: Numerical Modelling, Structures, and Geotechnics and Geology. The Numerical Modelling specialization equips students with advanced knowledge in structural analysis using contemporary computer techniques, including a strong theoretical foundation in these methods. The Structures specialization provides a comprehensive understanding of structural design, along with the skills necessary to independently coordinate projects and execute specialized design, construction, and development processes.
The primary objective of the Geotechnics and Geology specialization is to offer enhanced knowledge and skills in engineering geology, geotechnics modeling, underground structures, and foundations. These specializations are beneficial for research-oriented students seeking to pursue doctoral degrees in PhD programs and for the next generation of practicing engineers poised to address complex structural challenges and introduce innovative construction procedures within their respective fields.
