The Rural Development Engineering MSc program, offered by the Faculty of Economics and Business, aims to equip professionals with comprehensive knowledge in sustainable development and the challenges faced by rural areas. The program encompasses expertise in agriculture, economic management, regional and rural development, enabling graduates to actively contribute to shaping the future of rural communities.
Over the course of four semesters, students will engage with a diverse range of subjects that are crucial for understanding and promoting rural development. These include rural and environmental policy, human resource management, rural economics, and research methodology. Additionally, students will delve into areas such as economic law, rural security studies, commerce and logistics, and integrated settlement development.
The curriculum places a strong emphasis on practical application, with approximately 54% of the program dedicated to practice-based learning. This includes opportunities for business consulting, local economic development, and project management. Students will also engage in real-world scenarios through a 4-week field practice, gaining hands-on experience in rural development settings.

The program accepts applications for both September and February intakes, providing flexibility for prospective students. The tuition fee for this program is 7,000 USD per year, with additional one-time fees including a 150 USD application fee and a 350 USD entrance procedure fee.
