The primary objective of this course is to educate professionals with the capacity to comprehend and analyze the global landscape of politics, governance, and policy across multiple levels. This includes examining international entities such as intergovernmental organizations (IGOs), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), transnational corporations (TNCs), multinational corporations (MNCs), and international knowledge institutions on both global and regional scales. Additionally, the program delves into the study of nation-states, individuals, and various groups, including movements, political parties, and networks.
By undertaking this course, students will acquire the ability to grasp the fundamental principles governing international relations, as well as the intricacies of multilevel and regional governance systems. They will gain insight into the evolving trends, nature, challenges, and risks that characterize the field of international relations.
